This central nervous system connection and or control, means you are now able to recruit a variety muscle groups at will, so to speak. Bolstering your total power output, focusing your strength into a specific movement pattern. A handy skill when opening a jar with a stuck lid, a bit of glute, quad and core activation does wonders for grip strength.


In this program, we unpack the following:

  • Bracing and breathing techniques for strong stable core around the four main movements
  • REP, SET & RPE Implementation structures, for controlled growth over time
  • Performance focused Fueling, how myself and other athletes eat in and around training sessions
  • Hydration strategies and tactics for both performance and recovery purposes
  • Post activation potentiation, mechanical strain and much more!

We built this report for:

  • Novice to intermediary lifters (1-5 years experience)
  • Athletes from other sports to increase their power output in their OFF-SZN training
  • Performance coaches, Personal Trainers and S&C instructors as a tool in the box
  • + Anyone excited about stacking numbers onto the COMP lifts
